Cancellation Instructions and Model Cancellation Form

Consumers — defined as natural persons who enter into a contract for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession — have the following rights regarding contract cancellation:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period lasts 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
